LibreOffice is a productivity suite that is compatible with other major office suites and available on a variety of platforms. It is free software and therefore free to download, use and distribute. Creating a Formula

Typing a Formula Directly
If you are familiar with the LibreOffice Math language, you can also type a formula directly into the document. For example, type this formula into a text document: "a sup 2 + b sup 2 = c sup 2". Creating a Formula in the Commands Window
